Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with us so long as your order has not shipped.
To cancel your order, choose ‘speak easy’ on the drop bar, and then send us an email. Please include an order reference number in the message to make it easier for us to find your order.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order with us so long as it has not been printed. Keep in mind; this may incur additional charges.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Refunds will be issued for returns made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  Return Shipping Costs are the sole responsibility of purchaser.

At what point will I be charged for my order?

The point of payment is when the customer clicks "Confirm."
